What a beautiful Italian restaurant I thought I was back in Italy; Sorrento’s real Italian vibe, from the lemon trees to the beautiful golden sitting. The minestrone to die for the Italian breads n pesto, just delicious five stars all round

We had a delicious meal at this restaurant, the best food we have had in a long time. Beautiful decor, and very friendly and attentive staff, they were very busy and possibly understaffed but they tried their very best to attend to us in every way. There was a bit of a wait for food, but personally, I would say it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We visited the Chubby Cherub with my daughter today for the first time on Lisburn road. Beautiful, and as the Sun shone, we could sit outside to eat. The Cesar salad was outstanding, and the mussels were just perfect. Washed down with a Bramble & a Spritz Prosecco.

I visited last night at The Lisburn Road venue. I came down with no booking and was welcomed at the door by the manager, who was excellent all night & very attentive to our table and the tables around us; the rest of the staff were also excellent! My Pizza, the Capone Calzone, was very tasty, with fresh dough & very filling. My girlfriend had mushroom risotto & was a huge fan. Cocktails after that were delicious, also. I will definitely be back.

The restaurant and deli are places that stand above and beyond in the vast and diverse skyline of Belfast. It is a staple and must visit place for any individual who is lucky enough to come across the Chubby Cherub. The food, drink and everything in between make for a recipe for success. Easily one of the picks of Belfast!

By chance, I got a table for four on a walk-on booking on the 2nd July 23. I have to say the staff are friendly and so helpful. The food is absolutely beautiful. The menu has good vegetarian and vegan options and is reasonably priced. 4x mains, 3x soft drinks, 2 x teas , 1x latte and 2x deserts was £128.The premises are clean and well cared for with comfortable seating. Highly recommended
